Build A Balanced Opening
Buy a few Stronger Touch levels before committing to automation. Direct power makes the first missions quick, but Solar Panels soon become more efficient because they earn during every menu visit. Alternate between the cheapest useful click improvement and generators instead of saving for an expensive tier too early.
Use Combos Intentionally
Combos add a multiplier every five consecutive picks. If you are actively playing, maintain the streak long enough to take advantage of it; if you are comparing cards or reading missions, let it decay without pressure. Critical hits stack with the combo, so a focused burst can create a surprising amount of Energy.
Follow The Nearest Planet Requirement
Open the Solar System and inspect the next locked world. Its requirements are a practical checklist. If Energy is complete but generator count is not, buy efficient buildings. If Earth level remains low, spend a short active session picking. Claim finished missions immediately when they are part of an unlock.
Prioritize Scaling Rewards
Asteroid rewards scale with current power. Destroying one after a new upgrade often returns more value than the same event earlier. Ships and Stardust skills can add further event bonuses. Golden asteroids are rare, so pause routine shopping and focus on their timer when one arrives.
Reset When Stardust Changes The Run
The first Galaxy Reset should purchase a meaningful permanent improvement, not merely prove that the button works. Compare the projected Stardust with skill prices and the time needed to rebuild. Automation Mastery suits passive play, Cosmic Power suits active sessions, and Offline Production supports occasional visits.
Keep A Portable Backup
Autosave protects the current browser, not every device. Export a save code after major planet unlocks or before browser maintenance. Test an import only with a code you trust; validation rejects malformed or incompatible data. For a detailed early-game route, read the Planet Clicker beginner’s guide. The upgrade guide explains purchase breakpoints, and the planet guide covers each world bonus.
